【Instructions and instructions for booking a campervan】
- In order to protect the security of your credit card transaction, this website requires that the personal information of the online booking person should match that of the person checking in, and the same identity document must be provided when checking in, such as the original ID card or passport.
- The campsite does not accept persons under the age of 16 staying alone. Those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a legal representative. If necessary, the campground may require guests to present their identity documents as proof. Guests must check out before 12:00. Any additional fees incurred by you and the campground for other transactions (BBQ, meals, stove rentals, etc.) must be paid directly at the registration office.
- Campsite uses a capita calculation. When booking a campervan, please inform the correct number of adults and children. Please check in according to the basic number of people in the campervan. Do not enter more than the basic number of people to avoid on-site disputes.
- In order to ensure the cleanliness of the guest room accommodation, guests are asked to leave the camp before 12:00. If you exceed the time, it will be regarded as accommodation and will be charged separately.
- Park Nature Hillside is located in the suburbs of the New Territories, guests are asked to bring their own medications. For public and personal safety, guests are strictly prohibited from smoking, eating durian, cooking and lighting mosquito coils in the room. If found, the deposit will be fully deducted to pay for maintenance costs, additional compensation may be required, and the person may be disqualified from renting a room in the future.
- The cleaning time is from 12pm to 4pm, and guests can check in after 15:30. Guests must provide their ID card (or passport) and the campground’s online booking confirmation for registration verification.
【Relevant instructions for rescheduling and canceling reservations】
<Cancel Reservations>
- If you cancel the reservation 30 days before the check-in date, 50% of the room fee will be refunded
- If the cancellation is notified within 29 days before the check-in date or the cancellation is not notified, the room fee will be forfeited in full and will not be refunded.
<Change Reservations>
-If you notify us 30 days before the check-in date that you need to change the order information, you can change it once, and a handling fee of $300 will be charged for each camper.
- If a change of order information is notified within 29 days before the check-in date, no changes can be made to the order
If you need to change or cancel your order, registrants please call or Whatsapp 9690 7171 during office hours <09:00-21:00> to make arrangements. In case of any dispute, Park Nature Hillside reserves the right to make the final decision.
【Bad weather arrangements】
- If Typhoon Signal No. 1 or 3 or Yellow Rainstorm Signal is issued two hours before the day of camp entry, camp entry arrangements for relevant campers will proceed as usual.
- If typhoon signal No. 8 or above, red rain or black rainstorm warning is issued two hours before the camp date, all activities will be cancelled. Customers can arrange to change to other dates of equal value within 60 days, but must contact the registration office within 7 days Change of check-in date.
【Catering Information】
Campground stove rental information
- $300 - Rent BBQ grill and gas stove
- $200 - Gas stove rental only
- In the morning, the camp provides free gas stoves for guests to cook breakfast. The fee for renting a gas furnace during the rest of the time is $200, so please note.
- If you want to enjoy barbecue fun at the campsite, the fee for renting a barbecue grill is $300 (including barbecue pit and gas stove, a bag of charcoal, barbecue clips)
- The barbecue is only for one-time use at night and will not be turned on during the morning hours.
- The campground has a public kitchen, and cooking utensils are provided for guests to use. Please bring your own seasonings.
- The campground provides barbecue meals for guests to book in advance, and guests can also choose to bring their own barbecue food.
- Please note that guests are strictly prohibited from bringing any type of barbecue grills for use in the campground.
【Camp information and check-in instructions】
- Parking is free for guests.
- Please bring your own when entering the camp: slippers, towel, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, shaver, and camping lamp.
- The storage-type water heater used in the bathroom of the campervan supplies hot water for about 15 minutes and preheats for about 20-30 minutes.
- For public and personal safety, cooking food in the camper is prohibited (except instant noodles). Please cooperate.
- High-power-consuming electrical appliances are not allowed in the car.
- Basic eating and drinking utensils are provided in the room. After use, guests must clean and put them back to their original places. If they fail to clean and tidy up by themselves, guests will need to pay additional cleaning fees.
- If guests need to celebrate decorations inside and outside the room, please clean up and remove all decorations before check-out, otherwise additional cleaning fees will be charged.
- Guests are asked to keep the camper car door key properly. If it is lost, we will compensate you according to the price. Guests are also asked to take care of all equipment in the room and do not deliberately damage it.
- Guests are advised not to move items in the camp, such as barbecue grills and benches. If necessary, please consult the staff.
- For the convenience of residents, all items in the public kitchen must be cleaned and returned to the kitchen after use.
- Please do not bring prohibited items, flammable and explosive items (such as firecrackers) or other dangerous items into the camp.
- Please do not light birthday candles on your bed to avoid causing a fire, which may result in public and personal danger or loss compensation.
- Please do not bring durians into the camp area. Anyone found will be fined.
- The pet camper welcomes any pet weighing 20 kilograms or less, with a good temperament and no disease.Pet campers can accommodate up to 2 pets per room. If you want to bring pets into the camp, please apply in advance.
- Guests who bring pets must clean up pet excrement; pets must wear leashes when moving in guest activity areas.
- Please do not bring pets into non-pet vehicles. If any pets are found, the campground reserves the right to terminate guests' stay or charge additional cleaning fees. Please note that guide dogs are only used to assist blind or visually impaired people.
- The camp environment adopts natural ecological management, with a rural flavor (the smell of the fields) and township customs (setting off firecrackers every season). It is inevitable that insects such as snakes, rats, ants, and cats and dogs will appear. Please prepare mosquito repellents, mosquito stickers, etc. Wait, if you are very concerned, please think again.
- Please respect other campground guests and staff, use civilized language, and refrain from any dangerous or disruptive behavior.
- You are not allowed to randomly pick plants and fruit trees in the garden, and you are not allowed to take away items from the camp at will.
- Smoking is prohibited in campers and all indoor areas except in designated smoking areas.
- To ensure the safety of guests, campfires, torches, firecrackers, fireworks, and sky lanterns are not allowed in the campground to avoid damaging public property or causing the grass to dry out and die.
- The campground can only use a GAS stove to cook on the outdoor barbecue platform. If any location or object in the campground is damaged due to failure to comply with the regulations, you will be responsible for compensation according to the object or area when leaving the campground.
- Please supervise the children traveling with you at all times and do not leave children alone in the camper.
- Please keep your belongings properly. Our company is not responsible for guests' own safety, such as mosquito bites, falls, etc.
- Wireless internet is provided free of charge. In the event of equipment failure, check-out cannot be requested.
- Please do not take away camp facilities and belongings. If there is any damage, you will be responsible for compensation.
- There are trash cans in the park. To keep the park clean and tidy, please do not litter and sort the garbage properly.
- Before leaving the camp, guests are required to put the sheets back to their original places, restore the sofa and changed beds, and return the key card.
- Please keep your camper key card safe. If it is lost, you will be charged the price.
- When leaving camp, please lock your vehicle doors and be sure to remove all personal belongings.
- There is a loud echo in the mountainous area. In order to protect the nature and the rest time of each guest, no loud noises, playing music and playing mahjong are allowed between 23:00 in the evening and 10:00 in the morning.
